Astrid, clearly still not over the event, is immediately inspired to return to Copenhagen and begin an investigation, digging up old wounds and long-kept secrets along the way. ![]() One of those survivors, Jakob, kick-starts the plot by calling into the nighttime radio show that Astrid hosts, claiming to have been there and to have seen what happened. Of primary importance is the introduction of Astrid, the show’s protagonist, whose quest to uncover what happened to her sister, Ida, who went missing twenty years prior, forms the backbone of the show, and to give some vague hints as to the shape of the bizarre disappearance that claimed her and busload of other young students save for three survivors. More flashbacks to the late 90s, an odd sleepover, anxiety on a bus, mystery man clues. We should see it at Wednesday, Decemjust similar time. The second season of Series Equinox is coming, with fans sought to see Danica Curcic’s Astrid back in action. It’s one of those episodes of television that divulges a bit more information than you can reasonably make sense of, confident that a wily audience will file away details and ideas to be fleshed out later.
